An alumnus of NIT Calicut (2000) and IIM Bangalore (2003), he began his career in investment banking, where he led the creation of India’s first Balanced Scorecard-based performance system.
He then moved to Rediff.com as Product Head, where he launched India’s first AdWords-style ad platform and led Classifieds & Paid Ads, driving 25% of the company’s revenue.
Over the past 15+ years, he has co-founded and scaled multiple ventures across industries and assisted total fund raising of Rs 400 Crores from several marquee investors. 

Food-Tech: Built a chain of 15+ restaurants in Mumbai, raised $1M pre-series A from Unilazer Ventures and India Quotient.
Health/FinTech: Co-founded a lending platform with ₹100 Cr+ AUM; raised $5.5M in funding from Waterbridge, Orios, and others.
Gaming: As Director of Strategy, launched India’s first self-learning monetization platform and a skill-mapping algorithm for RMG.
EdTech: Launched the FinTech arm of a top EdTech company, reaching ₹50 Cr AUM and contributing to a $35M Series-B raise.
HRTech & LegalTech: Built diversity and HR tools for an Anand Rathi Group firm. Also served as CEO at a top legal-tech platform, developing AI tools for legal automation.

Currently running StartupCoaching.in, a unique ecosystem for startups to help them in product, technology, marketing, and fundraising to empower early-stage ventures.
